October 2011 Bamburi will be yet again join in the celebration of Customer Service Week from October 3rd- 9th 2011.

This year’s theme is Revive, Restore and Reconnect with Customers’.

The Customer Service Week is recognized as an international event devoted to map out the importance of customer service and honoring those who serve and support customers diligently and professionally.

Throughout the month, Bamburi customer service team will be engaging in planned programs and list of activities that strive to reach excellence in line with the company’s values. The event will be celebrated at Nairobi Grinding Plant and Mombasa Plant bringing on board drivers, staff members, dealers and both internal & external customers with encouragements of awards at the end of the customer service week.
