Mr. Mohit Kapoor was appointed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2023, subject to regulatory approvals. Mr. Kapoor, has a proven track record of driving consistent business growth and maximizing value through sustainable cost and operational efficiencies.
He has over 16 years of corporate leadership experience, having held several high level leadership positions within the Holcim Group, including as Readymix Qatar LLC & Aljabor Cement Limited’s Country CEO in Doha, Qatar, Holcim India’s Head of Growth and Innovation, Lafarge India’s Managing Director of Readymix Projects, and Health & Safety Vice President – APAC.

Eugene Antera

Mr. Antera is a dynamic business leader, with strong management and finance experience spanning over 15 years in manufacturing, transportation and banking. His wealth of expertise encompasses among others strategy development, business performance, operations, project management, internal controls management, process improvement, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Antera was the Operations Controller of the Company. He joined Holcim Group in 2007 and has held several roles including Business Analyst, Sub Sahara Africa (Lafarge Middle East & Africa), Growth Controller, Supply Chain Controller and overall Country Controller (Kenya). Prior to that he worked with Rift Valley Railways as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and also at East African Portland Cement PLC as a Business Controller. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance) from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

Robert Muhita

Robert is corporate culture and results focused organizational human resource and business operations leader with 18 years’ experience in multinational brands spanning manufacturing, shipping and logistics, consultancy and healthcare sectors.
Prior to his current role, Robert was Bamburi Cement Plc’s Industrial Human Resources Manager Bamburi Cement Plc (Holcim & Lafarge); APM Terminals’ Human Resources Manager – East Africa, AP Moller Maersk’s Subject Matter Expert [Copenhagen Denmark] and Maersk Kenya Ltd’s Assistant Human Resources Manager. He was also Career Directions Ltd’s HR Consultancy Manager [responsible for setting up and managing Human Resource Departments for Global Freight Logistics International Ltd, Gulf Energy, Langata Link and Karen Country Club] and Karen Hospital’s Acting Human Resources Manager.
Robert has a Masters in Human Resources Management and Masters in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Griffith University [Australia] and a BSC in Tourism Management and Hospitality Management from United States International University.

Moses joined the Holcim group in November 2016 as the Head of Procurement for the East Africa Cluster covering East Africa, Central Africa & Indian Ocean Island countries before joining Bamburi Cement Limited as the Supply Chain Director in May 2018.
Prior to this, he held various Supply Chain management roles in diverse organizations including Kenya Bureau of Standards, Shell/BP, Chevron, Wrigley’s and Tetra Pak. His last assignment before joining the LafargeHolcim group was in West Africa based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Moses holds a BSc in Chemistry from Kenyatta University, an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, and a Graduate Diploma in Procurement from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply, UK. He is also a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management.

Martin Kariuki

Mr. Kariuki is a sales/commercial, auditing, and finance business leader with over 18 years of experience. He is currently the Commercial Director of Bamburi Cement Plc. Mr. Kariuki joined Bamburi Cement Plc in 2012 as Plant Controller (Nairobi Grinding Plant) and has held several key Commercial and Finance roles, including Finance Manager (Bamburi Special Products), Treasury and Insurance Manager, Country Commercial Manager, and Price and Margin Manager, before being appointed to his current position in 2023.
Mr. Kariuki began his career as an in-house accountant and auditor at Total Kenya and DHL Global Forward before joining global professional services networks KPMG (Kenya and UK) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC-UK) managing significant pipelines of auditing and financial portfolios.
He is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Bradford University School of Management School, has a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Nairobi, and is a Certified Public Accountant CPA (K) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
