His career spans strategic and P&L management roles across Uganda, Nigeria, Malawi, Zimbabwe, and South Africa, most recently serving as M&A Projects Director for the Holcim Group’s MEA Region. He has a strong track record in operational excellence, commercial growth, and successful M&A outcomes.

Eugene Antera

Mr. Antera is a dynamic business leader, with strong management and finance experience spanning over 15 years in manufacturing, transportation and banking. His wealth of expertise encompasses among others strategy development, business performance, operations, project management, internal controls management, process improvement, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Antera was the Operations Controller of the Company. He joined Holcim Group in 2007 and has held several roles including Business Analyst, Sub Sahara Africa (Lafarge Middle East & Africa), Growth Controller, Supply Chain Controller and overall Country Controller (Kenya). Prior to that he worked with Rift Valley Railways as the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and also at East African Portland Cement PLC as a Business Controller. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance) from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya.

Jayne is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across the Manufacturing industries at senior executive level. She has worked for Unga group, De La Rue and PZ Cassons Limited. She is also an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
She is passionate about people and their contribution to organizations and has done a lot of work in the performance management space.

Mohamed Kassim

Kassim has extensive experience in Supply Chain having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at the Shaz Group of Companies. He also previously worked with Bamburi in the Supply Chain function.

Wilson has held various roles within the organisation’s commercial department, including serving as Head of Building and Infrastructure, Bamburi Special Products.

Jane Wangari Kinyua

Her expertise spans climate and energy, the circular economy, biodiversity, and sustainable procurement, aligning with the company’s vision for environmentally responsible operations.

At Bamburi Cement, she defines and executes corporate and sustainability strategies, prioritizing brand reputation, renewable energy, alternative material sourcing, and green financing.
