RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS

Revenue growth: Turnover increased by 20% to KES 13,722 million compared to the prior year, driven by
strong execution of our market strategy and expansion of the retail and key accounts segments. This strong
performance underscores the continued trust in our brand and its central role in supporting national
development, from major infrastructure projects to individual home construction.

Record operating performance: Operating profit for H1 2026 reached a record KES 2,049 million,
representing a 72% increase over the previous year despite ongoing cost pressures. This exceptional
performance reflects the successful execution of our commercial strategy, strong revenue growth, and
sustained implementation of operational efficiency initiatives across the business.

Strong cash generation: The Group closed the period with a strong cash position, 101% higher than the
prior year. The improvement was driven by enhanced profitability and disciplined working capital
management, further strengthening the Group's financial position and liquidity.
